BONEFISH GRILL


BIO:

Originally from Chicago, Chef Jinde Odenthal with Bonefish Grill moved to Gwinnett County to get away from the ‘cold’ winters, residing now in Dacula.

CULINARY BACKGROUND:
With a Political Science degree underway, Chef Jinde went to school ‘to not end up working in food,” she says. But her passion for cooking drew her back in. Chef spent over 20 years in the food business, managing restaurants as well, before landing the managing chef position at Bonefish Grill in Buford.

Fun Fact ABOUT CHEF:
Jinde is an avid whitewater rafting junkie. “I love the Ocoee (River) the best and prefer 8 hour trips,” she says, “they offer so many different levels (of difficulty).”

On MY Bucket List:
“I want to experience the tastes of the top Michelin-Star restaurants around the world,” Chef says. Being a Michelin star restaurant is a rare honor which “can be earned by only the best” and the finest restaurants. Currently, the top 5 Michelin restaurants for 2019 are located in Spain, Macau, UK and two in New York.

What I love about this restaurant:
“Cooking with daily fresh seafood is great...and the bar program is the best around,” Chef says.
